Hippity hoppity, I feel like a rabbit. Fresh veggies are delicious but I'd rather have them deep fried and covered in ranch dressing. Oh well!, at least this looks like a party even if it tastes like I have been a very bad boy.

I think I discovered a new and exciting way to use left-overs. I took the boiled potatoes I had left over from St. Patrick's Day and tossed them with a tiny bit of olive oil and salt and pepper and then baked them in a hot oven for 20 minutes. The results, as seen here, were better than french fries. T

Mamma mia! Do you know how long it took to make this lasagna? Mamma Mike says that he started the sauce at 6 in the morning. Sophia Petrillo from the Golden Girls would be proud but so should Mike, cause this Lasagna was delicioso.

Shrimps and Mussells and Crab Legs. OH MY! Cocktail sauce is just one of those condiments that I hate to see go to waste. I ate a bunch more mussells than I wanted to because I hated to see all the cockatail sauce go to waste.

This was the first course during FOODAGES.COM's much much older brother's wedding in Downtown Peekskill, NY. The clams were perfectly cooked in a light white wine with fresh parsely and breadcrumbs. Very light but very delicious. I did sop up some of that sauce with a crunchy crust o'bread.
