Now this is a special kind of coffee. If it is made correctly, it can taste like a mocha. Rich and creamy with a smoky mysterious flavor that one can not truly identify always sends me back to that first sip many years ago. Our family just purchased the house next door to a Cuban family and the lady of (more) the house brought coffee over for my mom and her to share. Fast friends were made by all and endure to this day.
